A $3 key card fee applies to all memberships but can be waived using the Valley Fitness mobile app. Month-to-month rates valid on memberships paid by checking account electronic funds transfer. A $39 annual fee will be charged approximately 60 days from the date of join and will automatically renew once a year until membership is cancelled. GUESTS must be local residents 18 years of age or older and complete waiver of liability on initial visit. Valid photo ID with date of birth and local address required for all guests.
